Up at 6am and out the door by 6.30am, quick breaky, water & banana. Take kiwi fruit & orange for afterwards and bottle of diluted powerade and bottle of water.
Today I run thenormal Great Circle Dve run and make the hills again, concentrating on going slightly slower as I'm going 90 minutes today. I finish the Cricle Dve on 72 min, stop at car and drink, and then off within 15 sec. I run along a fire trail which is flat and everything feels very good. I pick up the pace for the last 20 minutes.
Stretch and eat then home as quick as possible to take Julie & boys out for late breaky.
