No run today, have a day off after a few kms yesterday and a couple of races 2 days in a row. As well I am racing a 1500m on Tue night.
25m pool, swam 15 laps of FS & 15 of BS, then 10 min in sauna & then 10 in spa, followed by 5 back in sauna. Whilst in sauna I did alot of stretching and some self massage of my legs. That's all folks.

Wombat, thanks very much for the coding, I have played with bits & understand a bit more, I am going to try & change the font in the heading of the table to appear the same as my current goals heading, but I'm yet to work that out, yet.
