Thu 24 Feb, track session

Today I am getting a 'tickle' in my throat and I feel a little down, so I concentrate on my water intake and I pop a couple of panadol.

Track session, scheduled for a short speed session. Peter (coach) asks how I feel first and I tell him about my throat, so he says we'll take it cautious, you can do 'bends & straights', he knows I'm not a big fan of B&S, (I like a more regimented session), but he tells me concentrate on form, 800m pace on the straights and make sure I learn slightly forward.

A warm up, stretching, 8 laps of B&S then a cool down more stretching and its over under 60 minutes. Home early today, very easy session.
