Fri 18 Feb, morning run

Up and out at 5.30am, an easy to medium pace 8k run around the local area, incorporating Mossfiel & Hoppers footy ground area to spend some time off the road.

Start out at 5min pace for first 12-15 min then pick it up to 4.45ish pace for 10 min and then at 4.30 or faster pace for remainder of run.

Great run, do lots of stretching afterwards.
