Happy 22nd birthday Cam!
Normally today's session would be at Ballan Holden but with the boys here I have moved the session to mine & Jo's place, some of the mums have volunteered to look after the boys, so we set up afternoon tea for them and off we went as we are only 3 houses from Skeleton Creek.
So basically no change to the normal session, just a different starting location with some new views for the group. We started off with 7/8 minute w/up, then some gentle stretching and then into 5x4 min efforts.
A good set which I thought I felt fairly good. The kids seemed to enjoy the change in location.
