I've taken this week off to spend time with my three youngest boys during the school holidays, which generally means less running and more spending of money, as three boys do like to 'suck a $$$s'... :)
This afternoon my squad were at Wyndham Park, Jo looked after K and the the two older boys came with me to hang out at the park whilst I ran my session. I managed to get a few k's of easy running in and the squad ran a few hard hilly reps, plus some easy running too.
