No YY run this weekend, with my three younger boys still here and very average weather overnight and possibly in the morning, I decided that to organise breaky at the YY for the boys whilst I ran would be too hard. Already a few weren't coming as they had other commitments, so I rang those who were planning to run and suggested a sleep in and we would meet at Riverbend at 1.30pm, they were happy to do this, many thanks girls.
So a 45 minute easy run along the dirt paths following the Werribee River upto Wyndham Park and then back on the other side. A nice solid paced run.
