September's Running Stats
SEP KM - 240
YTD - 2356km
INJURIES - not injuries but spots I am aware of...sore right heel and some tightness in the left shin.
EXCUSES - reduced my distances after the HM and took a few days off here & there, just because.
RACES COMPLETED - AV Half Marathon PB by more than 80 seconds, AV Tan Relay & 2 Corporate Cup races around the Tan and a 5km handicap race at Williamstown
RACES COMING UP - One more Corporate Cup & maybe a 800/1500/3000/5000 track race.
GOALS - Start working on some speed and hold my base endurance, maybe even try to lose a kilo or two.
