9km today for the week so far.
I ran from home with my Garmin on a course I know is just over 9km, but I wore my Garmin for pacing duties. The first 3km I sat between 4:40-45 then I picked it up for 5km and sat between 3:55-4:05 and the final km at 5 min pace. All over nice and quick, relaxing.
