12km today and 22km for the week so far

15-16 min w/up, stretching. 4x2km @ 10k pace with 2 min recovery.

Cooldown of 2 laps, easy session, very much controlled. Racing tomorrow, Corporate Cup, lap of the Tan.

Phew, I get tired just reading your splits :-)

Tim and I have had a chat about my plan. He thinks a max on 80Km per week is fine for me. We agree that what I did before the last half seemed to work so I should stick to it.

I just won't let other people concern me.
