Tue 25 Oct, no running today

0km today and 15km for the week so far

It's going to be a very low mileage week, no problems, but with a short run on Sunday and no running today, a short easy run on Wednesday and a 1500m race on Thursday, this will mean a very low week.

Did a bunch of situps, push ups & crunches, but that's it!
