9km today and 15km for the week so far
Arrived at work just before 7am, intention was to run 2 laps of Albert Park plus getting there & back, but half way around I decided one lap would be suffice. Beautiful morning, lots of sunshine and no wind, i wish I was running faster this morning it would have been great. 20:15 around the lake.
Western A' Club Committee meeting tonight & AV Winter Meeting on Wednesday.
