4km today and 25km for the week so far
Another pathetic approach to my running, just a short trot around the Tan before stopping early for the day for a work BBQ and a couple of beers, then an early finish for the day.
Easy pace around the Tan; 17:30. Little A's tommorrow, no running until Sunday arvo as I will be spending some quality time with Connor & Declan!
