In the gym at 6:20am, I sat on the bike and watched the news, sitting on a steady pace and cruising along for 15km. Still thinking about the weekends efforts how good it all felt.
Less than a week until the Vic Overage Champs are to be run, I have entered the O40 800m, but I am only 50% chance of running, whilst my heel is slightly better, I don't think I should bother...pace & fitness just are not where they should be!
And to make things worse...my heel is still slightly sore and I can feel my left toe...I'm thinking gout is on its way back....hmmm bugger being old and having high uric acid levels.
