In the gym

Its been awhile, but this morning I spent just over 50 minutes in the gym. No particular concentration of any muscle groups, just an overall set using most groups. I did notice I could feel my abs from yesterdays crunches up the hill. I was happy the lunges & squats didn't worry me, some light weights for shoulders, arms, upper back, chest, lower back and core/abs, no leg work.




The Comedy Festival is nearly here.... :-)
