I didn't work today, a head cold was the reason, I couldn't breath very well and was very lack lustre. I still managed to go to the Melb Aths meet at OP with 52 international athletes, a good meet. But I really should have stayed home, it would have been the better choice for my cold.
A couple of the kids from my training group had the pleasure of meeting Mr Powell in the car park afterwards, he was very obliging and posed for some photographs, I'll post shortly.
