Four laps to warm up in the outside lanes, then some gentle stretching, 4x100m strides before completing 6x200m in 39-40 sec with a 100m walk, then 100m float with Jo & Chantelle. That was it for them, I then continued on for another 4x200m in 37/38 with a 200m float.
My cool down was 7 minutes of very easy running, predominantly on the grass infield.
