I decided to go to the gym this morning by myself and do a cardio set on the bike to replace some of my running. I started 5 min easy (16mph), 5 min steady (18mph), then backed it off for 2 min back to 16-17 mph, then 3 min at 20mph (fuk), then backed it off for 2 min again and then 3 min at 21-22mph (loads of sweat and legs screaming), then finished off with 5 min at 16-17mph.
I then did some upright rowing and bench press before finishing off with 5 min of plank work.
Donated platelets this morning.
