Gym only

In the gym with three ladies from work, I started on the bike, just rolling the legs over for 3k, then an all round weights session (chest, shoulders, upper back, arms, legs (lunges & squats) and 10 min of core).

All up 55 minutes in the gym.

NO running for me, time to let the heel settle as I know I will be too busy on the w/e for running.
