Bike interval session

As per normal (well the last 3 weeks anyway), I was in the gym nice and early, a little earlier than my training buddy. I started with a 10 min easy ride and then I started the Interval 2 session for 20 minutes at Level 14, unlike the last time I did this set, I managed and wasn't told by the computer to try a lower level. Then we grabbed some med balls and did a stack of exercises and then finished off with a stack of core work, with the med balls .... of course. :-)
