I got to the track just after 4pm, for my warm up I jogged to the Werribee Hospital along the road (2k) and then 6x75m strides with dynamic drills to warm up.
Slight wind, but the nicest weather in a long time, wow I wore a singlet and shorts.... :)

Cool down was a little later, just 2 laps on the grass infield and then lots of walking watching various sessions assigned (looking after my group & Burkie's).
