Gym, a run & football

70 minutes in the gym today 15 min on the bike (cruising 75rpm) and then into a session of lunges, squats, a couple of pilates leg poses, then some walking lunges. Then some other pilates exercises, crunches, push ups, ab/core work, more push ups and then 2x60 sec planks.


Lunch: a lap of the Tan in 17:20, a game of 40 min soccer (yay we won 1-0), a great work out and lots of running.
