Tue 20 Sep, track session

7km today and 33km for the week, 79.3kg

Track session at 5pm, quads are still a little sore from Sunday and I'm not that keen for a hard session, personal life has been very draining and I'm not that full of energy.

5 lap warm up and a bunch of run thru's, session was not really planned as I didn't know if I really felt like it, so off I went and did some 800s x 4 and then decided enough was enough. Splits, too fast, 2:44, 2:46, 2:46 & 2:48 with a 2 min recovery between.

Finished with a 4 lap cool down.

Will not get to run probably tmw, unless its late, sadly I will be looking for somewhere to live (by myself)! (I know this may be news to some)

But to happy news, read the link below, GO SWANS.

Stu, glad to see that even through the worst crisis you can still get out and run. It helps with the stress and can ward off the depression that is only natural when a relationship deteriorates.

We'll all be thinking of you.

PS. Hope you ensure there are good runs where-ever you move to. :)

Stu, I'm really sorry to hear that you are in a rough patch right now. Don't stress about your running too much right now; just try and enjoy it for the stress relief it can bring.

Thinking of you,
J.

StuMac....my heart goes out to all involved in this crisis, especially your boys..If you find nowhere to go, remember there's always room for one more here in Chickybabe's nest!

Hey Stu,
Life can be tough, and it can drag you down and spit you out. The most important thing is that you get up again. Always remember, if it gets tougher, go for a run.. sweat and haze!
Time heals all of us Stu. Lean on your friends, focus on your boys. Good Luck with everything...
