Fri 16 Sep, Fawkner Park

6km today and 50km for the week, 79.5kg

Early run (6am), 2 very easy laps of Fawkner Park, starting & finishing at Victoria Barracks. Looking forward to the weekend race, Tan relays, currently my Club will have 7 teams, 2 men, 2 women, men U20 & U16 and women U18, with four members making their winter debut.

Rest tomorrow, will be at a Soccer Family/Presentation Day for many hours.

Food Intake;
Breaky: 3 clices of wholemeal toast with vegemite, glass of OJ & a banana
Morning snack: tub of yogurt & a mandarin
Lunch: 2 gourmet sausages & salad (work BBQ)
Late arvo snack: about a cup of almonds & sultanas
Dinner: big bowl of varios steamed vegies & some potato too
