I managed to get 20 minutes of easy running before I met up with the junior group and then another 15 minutes of gentle running before rolling around a little faster over a 1.2km course I set up on undulating and changing terrain.
I run parts of the course a couple more times whilst the group ran hard with 2 min breaks between reps, finishing off with another 7 minutes of easy running.
