50 minutes in the gym and a track set of 6x500m in 2 min with the juniors, I sat in lane 2 or 3 encouraging the group, with half stopping at 400m and the 2nd group going through to 500m (with some dropping off on the final 50m).
I nice even paced workout for me. Straight from training to a Vic Health meeting at the COuncil Offices, held in conjunction with the Sports Med Assoc, another President's meeting...
