No running tonight, just a coaching session for four 12/13 years old girls, 5x600m in 2m 45s (55 sec per 200m) with a 2-2.30 min break. Easy reps, with lots of talk re form, running tall, relaxed arms and shoulders.
I also grabbed a couple of Burkie's girls for some strength & core work afterwards.
