Tue 18 Jan, morning run

Retro notes: I have decided to do 2 sessions today, this morning an easy 30 min on the road.

Out the door at 5.50am, and slowly move out to Mossfiel Rd, run along the bike track towards Hogans and just cruise, concentrating on slow, I get just past the footy ground at 15m and return the same way and concentrate on SLOW.

Home in 30m 02s, very happy to return exactly same pace, do some stretching, especially concentrating on the hammie.
