Tue 05 Dec 06, MMM Mile Handicap


My first raced mile race, not on track, an out & back course on the Tan, so I hope I can go a lot faster than today's effort: 5.36

Look after that Achilles, but sounds like the worst of it is behind you.

Sounds like there have been a few work functions (nearly) getting the better of us!!
