Mon 08 Aug, in the gym

8km today & week

Ankle is still not 100%, probably 85ish, so I stayed in the gym and used machines. Freerunner machine an easy 8km, no impact. Then onto the bike and did 5k at 30kph, sitting between 125-130bpm. Lots of core stuff too.

I wish I had been as sensible as you when I had slight aches and pains from running.

I will be sure to exercise restraint in the future
