I cannot get on the Track tonight, so I decide I will do my repeat work at the Tan starting at the Pillars, but instead of doing 6x1k, I will do 8x750m at a similar pace.
I start the session with 20 minutes of easy running, probably 5.15 pace and then finish at the Pillars and do some limited stretching. Starting at the pillars and making my way towards Anderson St (just before the turn) and stopping at the 750m, continue joggin for 60 sec, turn around jog for another 60 sec and take off and do the 750 in reverse x 4. 2:39, 2:41, 2:50, 2:55, 2:48, 2:56, 2:54 & 2:58, obviously started a little too quick but overall I was happy, jogged back to Govt Dve and finished off with 5 min of stretching and off to work (8am).
