Tue 19 Apr, track session

A rush job to get to the track by 4.40pm, meet a reported from the Star Newspaper to discuss some problems with our local Council and the Track allocation, hand her over to some others to more info and then start my session.

A quickish 4 laps to warm up and then some light stretching, change into my flats, some run thrus and the prepare for 6x1000. 3:34, 3:41, 3:45, 3:51, 3:47 & 3:48, with 200m floats, too fast at the start, my fault - a little excited, but hung well and did some consistant work, finish off with 5 very slow laps.

Good session, only a little wind!6x1000, 3:34, 3:41, 3:45, 3:51, 3:47 & 3:48, with 200m floats
