No running today, I have to be at Knox athletics track at 9.30am and I will be home about 7pm ish. So I spend the morning with the kids and then drive to Knox (50 minutes).
Today I am the Team Manager for the 4 Western A's teams, Women Div 2 & U16 and Men U18 & 16. A great day for my Club, 3 Premierships and the U18 men finished 4th.
BIG party at one of the senior women's teams, I get home at 2am and decide I will not be doing my long run tomorrow. Little A's Presentation Day on Sunday and then dinner with the women's team, more partying :-).
