Sometimes even on holidays you have to set your alarm, I'm off to the cricket today, a mate of mine is a MCC member and I have been lucky enough to get a guest pass with him. So we are meeting at the Cricketers Arms at 10am and public transport is on order, so up at 6am so I could be out the door running by 6:15ish.
Just a very easy 5k run from home, 24:50, a short stretch of my lower legs and hamstrings and then a short post here. :-)

Lucky bastards! Looks like distinctly non-Melbourne weather.
Good news about the achilles - don't worry about the sub-3000km. Go for 4000+ next year :)
Hope you managed to find some shade - would have been a hot one!
