A run in Port Melb along the beach

An easy 30 minutes this morning along past Beaconsville, the Tassie ferry etc. Sadly my right achilles was causing some discomfort and Clare mentioned that I appeared to have a slight limp, finally after 10 min it seemed to improve and I was able to run freely.

Cruisy pace and probably the biggest benefit was the recovery and being able to stretch out the sore bits...


Coaching of Little Aths meant I jogged two laps and then a lap of drills etc, but I was VERY aware of how sore my achilles was and after this light 'stuff' I was again limping. Time to do something about this, off to see Belinda (physio).. :(
