The boys & Julie are off to see Robots and I will go for a 90 minute run. From home Julie drives me 18km and lets me out. Most of the run is on road and a few kms on paths (yuk) and a bit on grass. I run around Werribee & HOppers and make my way home. Casual sort of a pace, home in 87 minutes, which was good because I guessed I was running 4.50ish pace (actual 4:51).
