Well today was going to be an easy 20-30 minute run and then a swim, but I'm not well. Coughing, very sore throat and feel like 'death warmed up'.
I have decided that my work towards a sub 40 minute run for 10km will start in 2 weeks and I am going to run a Sri Chinmoy race at Burnley on 20 Mar to give me an idea of where I'm at. The races I want to break 40 minute in is the Vic 10k Champs at Sandown 28 May, this may be too early & the other is Zatopek in December on the track at OP. I suspect I am capable of high 41s at the moment.
Will find out in 2 weeks.
